Due to the deployment of larger and more powerful wind turbines, we are experiencing an increase in demand for larger and heavier steel plates. In order to continue to meet the requirements of the wind sector, we are constantly developing our machines stock and logistics.
OFFSHORE
Lindø Steel is the preferred supplier of cutting and machining of shell plates to the world’s largest offshore wind turbine projects. The requirements regarding quality and delivery performance are vital, and the requirements for traceability, management of material certificates and documentation are a matter of course.
ONSHORE
Lindø Steel also processes shell plates for a long list of land-based wind farms. Several of the projects are unique in terms of their size and designs, and Lindø Steel does its utmost to deliver world-class quality.

At our cutting centre, we offer edge milling and form cutting of steel plates for both cylindrical and conical shells.
